Injury/illness report: on-the-job injury and/or illness
Motor vehicle incident: auto accidents and accidents involving ATVs, golf carts, etc.
Property damage: fire, theft, water damage, vandalism, equipment damage
Cyber security and personal data: accidental disclosure of personal data, data breach, possible GDPR violation
Miscellaneous incident: any other incident that doesn't fit in a particular category
2-minute near-miss report: any event that has the potential to cause, but did not end in injury or loss
