Question: What incident report should I use?

Answer:

Injury/illness report: on-the-job injury and/or illness

Motor vehicle incident: auto accidents and accidents involving ATV's, golf carts, etc.

Property damage: fire, theft, water damage, vandalism, equipment damage

Cyber security and personal data: accidental disclosure of personal data, data breach, possible GDPR violation

Miscellaneous incident: any other incident that doesn't fit in a particular category

2 minute near-miss report: any event that has potential to cause, but did not end in injury or loss

Question: What if my incident involves multiple categories?

Answer: Please select the type that was the most severe contributor to the incident, or most prevalent (i.e. an auto accident involving multiple injuries, would use the motor vehicle incident report)

Question: Should I use this website to report emergencies?

Answer: No. If you have an emergency, dial 911 (in the USA) or your local emergency number. After the immediate emergency has been resolved, it may be necessary to submit one or multiple incident reports on this website.

Question: Should I submit an incident report even if the injury or damage was minor?

Answer: Yes. Reporting minor incidents allows Trimble to address issues before they become larger problems.
